Green roofs or rooftop gardens have become a rapidly growing practice in recent years, thanks to their numerous environmental, energy, and economic benefits.

At Outdoor Creations, we offer complete construction services for all types of rooftop gardens and green roofs, adhering to international standards. Our team, having undergone specialized training and seminars at Zinco Germany, is fully equipped to provide cutting-edge green roof construction technology. Additionally, our Managing Director, George Karydas, is an accredited green roof engineer.

The first green roof in Nicosia where Zinco’s comprehensive construction technology was implemented is located on the rooftops of the Leventis Art Gallery, and it was constructed by Outdoor Creations.

This project involved an intensive green roof, where Zinco’s Floradrain FD 40 system build-up was used. A safety system was also installed on the roof to ensure the protection of maintenance personnel working on the green roof.
